Volvo launches value-added Sprint editions
S60 and V40 models for 2015 offer extra features in two limited-edition modelsVolvo has released limited-edition models based on the S60 T4 Kinetic sedan and V40 T4 Kinetic hatch to mark the occasion of its successful first year in V8 Supercars.
The S60 T4 Sprint Edition is priced at $54,888 (including on-road costs) and packs in 19-inch alloy wheels in 'Bor Black Diamond Cut' style, black leather-trimmed R-Design sports seats in front and rear spoiler. Four colours are offered: Black Sapphire, Ice White, Electric Silver and Power Blue.
At $46,888 (also a 'drive-away' price), the V40 T4 Sprint Edition is offered in the same range of colours, and additionally features 18-inch alloy wheels in 'Midir Black Diamond Cut' style, tinted rear window and a rear spoiler.
"Volvo Polestar Racing and Scott McLaughlin have made it a debut year to remember in our first ever V8 Supercars Championship season – and to celebrate, we're pleased to announce the launch of the V40 and S60 T4 Sprint Editions," said Volvo Australia MD, Kevin McCann, as quoted in a press release.
Only 100 units of each model will be built. Volvo claims the additional value in each limited-edition model totals $4000.
