Australia’s only hard-core ladder-frame compact 4x4 off-roader will get a little more special next month when the 2024 Suzuki Jimny XL Heritage edition arrives.
Following on from the three-door version released last year, the five-door Heritage picks up where its predecessor left off and only 500 examples will be available.
Priced from $36,490 plus on-road costs, the limited-edition is $1500 more expensive than the standard Jimny XL but offsets its price premium with red mud flaps, a Jimny Heritage cargo tray, Heritage decals, limited-build badge and an exclusive Jimny Heritage pack.

All 500 units will be five-speed manuals, but paint colour choices include Jungle Green, Bluish Black, Granite Grey, White and Ivory, the latter paired with a black roof.
“After selling out of the 3-door Jimny Heritage Limited Edition in just five hours last year, it’s no surprise that Suzuki Australia was going to be inundated with demand for a limited-edition Heritage model in the Jimny XL also,” Suzuki Australia said.
“As such, we are proud to announce the limited-edition release of Jimny XL Heritage.

“Sold out colour announcements will be made via Suzuki Australia social media channels and advised to the dealer network as they happen.”
No mechanical or chassis upgrades are included in the Heritage makeover, meaning customers will still receive a trusty 75kW/130Nm 1.5-litre four-cylinder petrol engine, 210mm of ground clearance and 15-inch alloy wheels.
First deliveries are expected to start at the end of June.
