The upcoming 2027 Y63 Nissan Patrol lineup has been leaked online, revealing six variants of the new-generation LandCruiser rival will be offered Down Under, albeit with different nameplates.

The Finer Details
The revelation was made via a now-deleted section of Nissan Australia’s finance calculator (screenshots attached) which showed the new Patrol would be offered in Ti, TiP, Ti-L, Ti-LP, Pro-4X and Ti-L Reserve forms – a record variant-count for our market.
What’s left consumers miffed is the presence of a ‘2.4L’ suffix one every single variant which we know to be false, seeing as all Y63s will be powered by a twin-turbocharged 3.5-litre V6 petrol engine.
Nissan Australia has confirmed to carsales there will indeed be six Patrol variants, but they may not necessarily be marketed under the published nameplates, and definitely not with a 2.4-litre engine.
“While the content was not intended for public release and included placeholder information used during website development, we can confirm the all-new Patrol will be offered in six well-specified grades in Australia,” a spokesperson said.
“The grade names may not be exactly as shown in the screenshots, and some of the information is placeholder content rather than final product details.
“We’ll share the official model lineup and key specifications later this month.”
The Road Ahead
Pricing and finer specifications of the Y63 range, including its exact variant composition, will be announced in the coming weeks ahead of the first examples arriving in early 2027.
Given the sheer amount of variants and the headline gear confirmed for the higher grades – height-adjustable/adaptive air suspension, head-up display, Klipsch audio, biometric cooling, ‘zero gravity’ massage seats etc. – and the reference pricing of the Toyota LandCruiser 300 Series competition, the Y63 is bound to be the most expensive Patrol to date, however we’d expect it to overlap with the Y62 at the bottom of the range.
