Bentley has released a teasing film of its follow up to the 2014 Continental GT3-R.
Expected to be called the Continental GT Supersports, the new short vid previews the Bentley Continental GT's huge wheels, powerful brake callipers, a large carbon-fibre rear spoiler and additional cooling vents on the body.
Captioned "the most extreme Bentley ever... is coming" and the date January 6, it's thought the new Supersports will come with a tuned version of the Continental GT Speed's twin-turbo 6.0-litre W12 engine with power boosted from the standard car's 472kW/840Nm to as much as 530kW/1000Nm.
If that's the case, the Supersports could hit 100km/h, from standstill, in less than 3.6 seconds - 0.3s quicker than the GT Speed.
Top speed, meanwhile, will top 340km/h.
Another tease is likely ahead of the January 6 unveiling.
