Five cars that look like deliciously drivable ice creams
Yes, you've read that correctly, we've listed five cars that we feel look good enough to eat if they were ice creams. For obvious reasons, please do not try to eat the cars...While a large number of cars on Aussie roads are either white, silver or grey, sometimes you get to see a nicely shaded coloured car zooming around town. Those car owners who are adventurous to try a car which is on the brighter or more abstract side of the colour wheel are our heroes and seeing the brightly coloured metal on our daily commutes can brighten the day, literally.
But have you ever noticed that some car colours are reminiscent of some of the country’s favourite ice cream treats? There are five car and colour combinations, in particular, that give us the craving to stop by the servo on the way home to grab a sweet treat.
Toyota Corolla – Lime Splice
Some call this colour Kermit the Frog green, Toyota officially called it Citrus Yellow. All we can see is a tasty lime Splice! To the Aussies who said YOLO at the car yard and went Lime Splice over the Icey pole white Corolla, we salute you.
Lamborghini Gallardo – Weis Bar
Exotic, a summer favourite and a little bit more expensive than the rest. That’s exactly the vibe you’ll get from both a Lamborghini Gallardo and a Mango Weis Bar. It’s definitely not something you’d want to have all the time but certainly nice to treat yourself.

Small and zesty. The Audi A1 and the Lemon Calippo share these traits especially in the A1’s bright yellow colour palette. To have a car that is bright yellow is a real reflection of the driver so if you’re not a happy-go-lucky kind of person who loves sunshine, smiles and relaxed vibes, then you’ve picked the wrong colour!
