Justin Bieber bye-byes Ferrari

Biebs hands over the keys to his 458 Italia without police intervention

Justin Bieber has a Grammy on the shelf and a few exotic cars in his garage, including the yellow Lamborghini he was driving when arrested, apparently, for drink driving in Miami Beach, Florida.

There's also the chrome-coated Fisker Karma he cruised when in California and he’s believed to own a Porsche or two as well as a Range Rover for beer runs.

Now the Biebs has decided to divest himself of a few insurance liabilities by offering up for auction his beloved blue 2011 Ferrari 458 Italia.

The celebrity's Prancing Horse will be wheeled across the auction stage as Lot #1372 on Saturday during Barrett-Jackson’s Scottsdale Auctions in Arizona.

Complete with 4.5-litre V8, claimed 0-100km/h acceleration in three seconds and a max V of 340km/h, Bieber's 458 Italia wears a wide-body kit over a set of deep-dish 20-inch wheels and a Frozen Blue coloured wrap over the car’s original off-white exterior.

Expect a few other personal touches left behind, such as a custom 2000-Watt 10-inch subwoofer and a unique black/white leather interior.

The car was involved in a traffic incident and received minor damage. However, there's no mention of mileage and, with a suggested retail price of $225,325 when new in the US, this one could go for closer to the $500,000-plus price tag Ferrari put on the 458 in Australia.
