The Mercedes-Benz baby carriage Avantgarde is a collaboration with German pram maker Hartan which adds a bit of AMG aesthetic and magic to what otherwise could be a very standard or Toyota Corolla esque baby stroller. If you thought the Aston Martin pram we found previously was a little too flash, then perhaps this latest kid-friendly accessory might be more to your liking.
The Mercedes-Benz Baby Carriage Avantgarde takes inspiration from its road going counterpart with a lightweight aluminium frame of just 8.9 kg with a stylish 4.1 kg GTX seat unit. And it wouldn’t be a true AMG without the eye-catching wheels in the same sporty black-silver-coloured 5-twin-spoke design which is featured on the new C-Class.
As well as sporty looks, the pram also comes with an array of accessories you never knew you needed including a sunshade umbrella, changing bag, a head restraint and a wind shield for the GTX seat unit, an organiser for storing your wallet, keys and smartphone as well as a rain hood.
This wouldn’t be a Mercedes-Benz without the choice of a distinctive style pack and the baby carriage Avantgarde doesn’t disappoint. With a choice of three styles in a variety of colour combinations, select from the "DESSIN Sport", the "Dolce Vita" and the "DESSIN Deep Sea" design. Decisions, decisions, decisions.
So if the Mercedes-Benz baby carriage Avantgarde tickles your fancy and is your baby’s first step into the world of the silver arrow, the pram is available from November 2018.
