The new Isuzu MU-X will be in local showrooms from August 2, following the release of full Australian pricing and specs at 10:00am AEST on July 30.
Revealed in Thailand last November, the all-new seven-seat off-road SUV has already plenty of local interest, says Isuzu UTE Australia.
“We’ve received unprecedented interest in this vehicle since announcing the pending arrival and we look forward to hearing how it is received amongst Australian motorists after its official unveiling on the 30th of July,” said IUA managing director Hiroyasu Sato.
The first 1500 buyers of the new MU-X in Australia will receive a limited-edition Casio G-Shock watch and interested buyers can register their interest at IUA’s public website.
Based on the new-generation Isuzu D-MAX ute released last year, the latest MU-X is Isuzu’s answer to the Ford Everest, Toyota Fortuner, Mitsubishi Pajero Sport.
It will bring an all-new ladder frame, fresh exterior and interior designs and advanced technologies including Isuzu’s Intelligent Driver Assistance System (IDAS), a 9.0-inch touch-screen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay, bi-LED headlights and LED daytime running lights (DRLs).
