Honda CR-Z caught in South Yarra
Sporty green hatch snapped in Melbourne's leafy inner suburbs — two months ahead of local launchThe Honda CR-Z parked by the side of Williams Road in South Yarra was being filmed or photographed for some creative purpose when staff from motoring.com.au whipped out the DSLR to get a few pics.
Unfortunately, the three blokes with the car were quick off the mark and we only succeeded in getting this shot of the rear. The CR-Z, set to be launched here within a couple of months, was loaded back on the truck from whence it came and removed to a location where it would be less conspicuous.
There was no equipment to be seen as we approached, but the 'CR-Z' legend in lieu of registration plates points to a location shoot for advertising or brochures.
While there's little to tell from this one and only pic, since the CR-Z has been well documented in the past, the good news for Honda Australia is that it's finally on our doorstep.
