Renault has teased a concept it plans to reveal at the Shanghai motor show on April 19.
Called the R.S. 2027 Vision, Renault says this could be how F1 racing cars will look in the future and previews some of the technology they may rely on.
The cutting-edge F1 car also celebrates the 40th anniversary of Renault's involvement (on and off) in the sport.
Expect some next-generation aerodynamics and, perhaps, a pure-electric powertrain.
All will be revealed in China, but the good news from the shadowy teaser pic is it appears a human driver will still be part of Renault's F1 plans for 2027.
